Timewriter to „cudowne dziecko” muzyki elektronicznej.
Już od ponad 12 lat, The Timewriter aka Jean F. Cochois jest jednym z najbardziej szanowanych producentów na międzynarodowej scenie house!
Jego niepowtarzalny styl można określić jako wykraczający daleko poza klubowe parkiety, unikalny deep.
Magazyn UK Muzik tak scharakteryzował twórczość Timewritera: „Przepełniona magią, muzyka soul 21 wieku”.
Pod wieloma pseudonimami, z których najbardziej znany to The Timewriter, wydaje single oraz albumy dla tak renomowanych wytwórni jak Plastic City, Mole Listening Pearls, Wale Music czy Driftwood.
Od najmłodszych lat pociągała go muzyka. Dorastał przy kawałkach Depeche Mode, Tears for Fears, Kraftwerk, Ultravox, Vangelis, Jean Michelle Jarre, Marillion, będąc jednocześnie pod dużym wpływem Marvina Gaye’a czy The Four Tops.
Posiada niespotykaną umiejętność fuzji różnych rodzajów muzyki takich jak głęboki soul w stylu Motown z syntetycznymi dźwiękami przyszłości.
Jako producent tworzy albumy, które nawet po latach nie tracą nic ze swojego czaru i atrakcyjności. Komunikuje się z ludźmi poprzez muzykę, dlatego ogromną wagę przywiązuje do doboru kawałków, techniki i emocji zawartych w melodii.
